Job Title: HR Officer
Description
As well as having a proactive approach to providing a generalist HR service, you'll thrive in leading, managing and motivating your team to achieve results. Part of your role will be to make sure that HR systems are well maintained and that HR administration tasks are accurately completed. You'll also take providing advice, information and coaching to managers in your stride. Ensuring safety will be a priority in your work.
MICPD qualified, you'll have proved yourself in a generalist HR role, ideally in manufacturing/chilled foods. You'll have an excellent understanding of current employment legislation and knowledge of recruitment/disciplinary procedures. An excellent negotiator and influencer, you'll be a real team player with strong people skills.
